Route Maps:Day 15 to Day 18 took us out of Nebraska to the edge of Iowa.
Notes from the road:My computer was acting up so I hope this isn't the second email going out. We both like Iowa, except that this state has no shoulder to ride on. All the other states had at least a 4 to 5 foot shoulder that you could ride on. Here they have rocks. Today we were riding on the white line for some 70 miles. It's pretty stressful, but we made it through without any problems. The people are really nice, we get many waves and many nice honks. I got flipped off by some fat guy on a motorcycle coming the opposite direction. He looked like he was going to wave...so I waved, and then he turned that wave into the finger. I laughed pretty hard, and then drifted into the rocks. I didn't crash though. I updated the website again with a few pictures. I am sending this picture to everyone, but I don't think it would be appropriate to put on the website. Marijuana grows wild in Nebraska, and Ryan and I found a pretty good crop of it, so we had to take this picture. I hope this finds everyone doing well. I can't thank you enough for all of the support you've given us. My last email I said we would be in Ohio...my apologies, we will be in Ohio on Sunday. Take care and I'll see you all soon.
